Role overview
This position focuses on winning new client accounts and expanding the company’s business footprint in target industries. The role is centered on building a healthy sales pipeline, generating qualified opportunities, and presenting the company’s services in a way that aligns with client needs.
New client acquisition
- Identify and secure new customer accounts across the designated industry segments.
- Plan and execute business development initiatives that bring in qualified leads and real sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, relationship-building, and networking.
- Meet clients, deliver presentations, and lead solution conversations to understand requirements and position services appropriately.
- Handle commercial negotiations and assist in closing contracts.
Lead generation and prospecting
- Create leads through several channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, email outreach, and outbound prospecting.
- Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools to find and connect with potential clients.
- Carry out cold calls, email follow-ups, and social selling to open new business conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect activity in CRM platforms.
