About the Role
We are seeking a polished, confident, and professional Client Relations & Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with top-level professionals including CEOs, Directors, Founders, Investors, Industrialists, and senior corporate officials. The executive will manage client requirements related to land acquisition, industrial growth, warehousing, logistics parks, manufacturing sites, and investment opportunities while promoting Bhumex Infra's land portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional engagement with high-profile clients and understanding their business needs related to real estate and industrial expansion.
- Presenting and introducing the company's land inventory and investment prospects.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and industrial clients.
- Managing client communication through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conducting lead generation activities by identifying prospective clients and investors.
- Scheduling meetings with senior management, vice presidents, and heads of business divisions.
- Organizing site visits and office meetings for interested prospects.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions and updating the prospect database regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in business development or client relations, preferably in industrial real estate or related sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 45,000 INR is offered, along with attractive performance-based incentives.
