Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a federal client in Australia for an initial 12-month contract with potential extensions. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to support data, reporting, analytics, and information management projects.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand and define technical requirements.
- Support strategic planning, business case development, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage requirements elicitation, documentations, and facilitate workshops in Agile settings.
- Help ensure data governance, data quality, and business intelligence principles are integrated.
- Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to build trusted relationships and consensus.
- Drive work forward proactively, removing blockers and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Contribute positively to team culture and support alignment across diverse groups.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Dynamics 365, APIs, integrations, or system architecture.
- Familiarity with government or large complex organizations.
- Background in data management and analytics initiatives.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholder groups.
- Proactive and accountable approach to work.
- Strong facilitation and documentation skills, especially in Agile environments.
- Ability to foster collaboration and trust within teams.
