Position Summary

The Business Analyst role in the IT division acts as a pivotal liaison between business units and enterprise application teams. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Data, the position emphasizes process analysis, system customization, requirements gathering, and ongoing improvements spanning platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Salesforce, and Power Platform. This opportunity suits early-career technology professionals aiming to deepen expertise in enterprise systems and process enhancement within a fast-evolving healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Quality to gather, document, and validate business and system needs.
• Analyze existing workflows to propose optimized future processes aligned with enterprise IT capabilities.
• Convert business requirements into functional specs, user stories, and workflow documentation for technical teams.
• Support change management efforts, including communications, training, and adoption monitoring.
• Assist in configuring, testing, and managing Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, and associated business applications.
• Help maintain data accuracy by identifying and resolving quality issues across systems.
• Contribute to integration and automation initiatives with MuleSoft, Power Automate, and Azure-based tools.
• Participate in user acceptance and regression testing, tracking defects for system releases.
• Manage project execution tasks, monitor timelines, and report status to leadership.
• Organize cross-departmental meetings, documenting decisions and action plans.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation including process flows, standard operating procedures, and system guides.
• Support vendor and third-party coordination as required.
• Support report and dashboard creation within enterprise systems and respond to ad hoc data inquiries from business units.
• Ensure data governance by maintaining documentation fidelity and reporting consistency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum two years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related IT/operations positions.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical documents.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise applications—preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Experienced in Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and process mapping tools like Visio.
• Strong communication skills capable of conveying technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Jira for task tracking, sprint management, and project coordination.
• Adept at juggling multiple priorities in dynamic work settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Understanding of middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Azure Logic Apps.
• Background in regulated sectors like medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g., ETQ or similar QMS software.
