Overview
The client seeks a Business Analyst with recent experience in the banking sector who can contribute effectively across various domains such as capability establishment, operating model design, business process improvement, and transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish new business capabilities by setting up teams, defining functions and operating models, including processes, governance, and working methods.
- Design target operating models (TOM) with clear definition of roles, responsibilities using RACI matrices, and governance frameworks.
- Manage the transition of projects or transformative initiatives into normal business operations, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, handovers, support structures, and service readiness.
- Conduct business process improvements through detailed process mapping (current state and future state), optimisation, and standardisation.
- Engage with senior executives to facilitate change and stakeholder management, driving the adoption of newly introduced capabilities within business divisions.
- Lead and contribute to organisation-wide or technology transformation programs beyond basic system implementation, delivering measurable impact.
