Building Permission Executive

Role Summary

The Building Permission Executive at Airtel Fiber is primarily engaged in field operations to obtain the necessary approvals for laying down fiber optic networks. The role is focused on interacting with decision-makers in residential complexes including high-rise apartments, villas, and gated communities in the Chennai area to facilitate infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend the entire workday visiting residential targets on field locations.
• Engage with authorized personnel such as Association Presidents, Facility Managers, or Builders to acquire permission for infrastructure installation.
• Achieve a daily goal of meeting at least 8 decision-makers or potential permission-holders.
• Secure deployment permission that will enable access to at least 1,000 homes per month.
• Maintain detailed records of field visits and provide daily updates to management.

Requirements

• Must personally own a functioning two-wheeler (bike) for commute.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and field sales capabilities are essential.

Additional Information

• Location: Field-based throughout Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
• Compensation ranges between Rs. 24,000 to 45,000 per month.
