Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Brand Manager to elevate the visibility of the Ambeat group, focusing mainly on its investment funds and other divisions. The group operates in the technology sector and social healthcare, with established experience in both areas.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead this project and drive it to top success.
• Although the budget is not unlimited, you will have the freedom and support to achieve your goals.
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues, including graphic designers and marketing specialists.
• Ideally, you will be granted significant autonomy in your work once you demonstrate effectiveness.
• There is a clear vision we expect to be fulfilled through your efforts.

Candidate Profile

• We seek an executor rather than just a visionary—someone capable of independently arranging what needs to be done.
• A process-oriented individual rather than a rebellious type.
• A finisher rather than a mere promiser.
• An innovator who perceives problems as opportunities and takes initiative to resolve them.
• You must be passionate about this role; we want someone looking for a meaningful project, not just any job.
• Experience level is flexible; what matters most is your willingness and ability to work independently, though support will be provided when necessary.

Additional Information

• Remote work is possible, but regular meetings in the Prague office are required.
• You will be part of a digital team and report directly to the head of the group's digital section.
• Projects include Ambeatinvest.cz, Ambeatequity.cz, Ambeatgroup.cz, Ahc.cz, Sestricka.cz, among others.
• During the interview, you will meet with Lukáš to discuss the project in more detail.
