About Ujjivan Small Finance Bank
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited is a specialized mass-market bank in India, focusing on serving financially unserved and underserved communities. Founded by Ujjivan Financial Services Limited (UFSL) which began as an NBFC in 2005, the bank is dedicated to fostering financial inclusion across the country by providing comprehensive financial services to economically active poor segments that traditional institutions have not adequately reached.
Role Responsibilities
- Achieve all liability targets for the branch, including CASA Book, TASC Book, BB-FIG Book, and segment-specific portfolios such as Non-Resident, Senior Citizen, and High Net Worth Individuals.
- Meet numerical targets for products including Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), TASC, Senior Citizen, HNI, and Non-Resident segments.
- Execute branch-specific marketing and communication plans to enhance and strengthen the Ujjivan brand presence.
- Lead and drive business targets focused on liabilities assigned to the branch.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promote a proactive sales environment, and ensure efficient branch operations while complying with all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Focus on retaining existing clients, expanding the customer base, and cross-selling a variety of Ujjivan’s financial products and services.
- Oversee branch operations including cash handling and service quality; collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement campaigns.
- Monitor daily performance of branch staff and manage a team of 5 to 7 employees effectively.
- Assign targets to branch staff and track progress regularly through periodic reviews.
- Ensure timely clearance of all deferrals within the stipulated timeframe.
- Supervise the branch’s overall portfolio and guarantee adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
