Branch Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Tukwila, WA branch operations. This role requires providing focused leadership to ensure the efficient functioning of branch personnel and fostering a customer-centric environment that delivers exceptional product and service value. The Branch Manager will aim to maximize the return on investment for ownership through comprehensive management of all branch activities, including maintaining and utilizing company assets and properties in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff and promote the company's products and services to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth particularly within the Parts and Service Department; collaborate with the Sales Team to coordinate monthly customer interactions and promptly resolve service issues with favorable outcomes.
• Manage workload allocation, control expense hours, and provide clear guidance to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality customer service.
• Analyze branch financials, understand budgets, and monitor operational performance metrics.
• Delegate and supervise staff effectively while upholding accountability standards.

Qualifications

• At least five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with skills to motivate and guide a team positively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
