About the role
This opportunity is for an experienced biostatistician who can assist in training AI systems. The work calls for strong biological knowledge along with advanced mathematical reasoning. Candidates with backgrounds in areas such as applied mathematics or computer science are also relevant.
What the contracting arrangement offers

Responsibilities
- Create varied and challenging mathematics prompts for AI chatbots and assess their responses.
- Review AI-generated output for accuracy and overall quality.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Solid proficiency in biology and core mathematical areas including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, probability, statistics, and inductive and deductive reasoning.
- A Master's degree or PhD that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Additional details
This is an independent contractor position. Payment is processed through PayPal, and the company will not request any payment from applicants. PayPal will manage any currency conversion from USD. Only applicants based in New Zealand will be considered.
