Role Overview
This position is for a bilingual financial data annotator contracted on an hourly basis. The role involves remotely validating and correcting AI-extracted financial information, ensuring its accuracy and consistency within structured JSON formats. Commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-check AI-produced financial data against original source documents to confirm precision.
- Review and amend structured financial data conforming to JSON schemas.
- Verify the accuracy of financial calculations including totals and individual line items.
- Detect and address discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams by providing comprehensive feedback.
- Manage processing of large volumes of financial data fields, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Update and maintain annotation guidelines and related documentation consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English plus a second relevant language.
- Experience analyzing financial or similar documents thoroughly.
- Skill in interpreting and validating complex JSON data layouts.
- Superior reading comprehension skills for detailed, often lengthy documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional detail orientation and accuracy.
- Capability to operate independently within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
