Job Overview
Talentio Technologies is recruiting motorcyclists to work on the Talabat delivery platform based in Dubai, UAE. This role offers a chance to earn a competitive wage with additional incentives while benefiting from provided accommodations and safety equipment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn between 7.5 AED to 18 AED per delivery order (approximately 195 to 466 INR), plus incentives and tips.
- Average of about 20 orders daily, ensuring a monthly minimum income of 4,000 AED (approx. 104,000 INR).
- Two-year employment visa offered.
- Accommodation provided by the company until the candidate obtains a UAE driving license.
- Provision of UAE driving license, motorbike, uniform, and safety gear as part of the package.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 21 and 45 years.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Must be familiar and skilled with motorcycle riding (not just scooters).
