Role Overview
The EMEA Benefits Manager will oversee the efficient administration of core benefit plans, policies, and programs across the EMEA region. This role involves identifying, owning, and executing projects aligned with the People team’s priorities and strategic goals. The successful candidate will apply strong ownership, influence, project management, and communication abilities to manage complex benefit issues, contribute to strategy, ensure engagement, and guarantee compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the authoritative expert on Quantcast's benefit policies and programs across EMEA.
- Create and implement communications and training to enhance benefit program participation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of benefit policies and procedures pertinent to supported regions.
- Lead internal and external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Identify and drive benefits projects that improve cost efficiency, streamline processes, adopt best practices, and boost employee engagement.
- Manage global wellbeing initiatives through proactive project oversight.
- Analyze benefits-related data regularly and provide summarized metrics to leadership.
- Manage daily benefits operations, including monthly billing and administrative fee payments.
- Conduct benefits audits by organizing and preparing necessary data.
- Maintain strong partnerships with vendors and brokers.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate benefit-related data handling.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute benefits strategies that align with broader company objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years specializing in benefits management.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- High ethical standards with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experienced in vendor management, negotiation, and overseeing projects.
- Comfortable performing cost analyses and working with large datasets.
