About the Company
Mondrian Singapore Duxton is the first Mondrian hotel in Singapore, located in the fashionable Duxton Hill area. Operated by the prestigious Ennismore hospitality group, it is situated near the Central Business District, offering a vibrant environment rich with dining and nightlife options. The hotel features 302 rooms with panoramic views of historic shophouses and the modern city skyline through large floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can also enjoy a rooftop pool and a variety of unique bars and restaurants.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Front Office Manager or designated personnel, the Bell-Person will provide courteous and prompt assistance with guest luggage services and contribute to guest comfort through attentive and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with retrieving their luggage.
- Accompany guests to their rooms, describe room features, and promote the hotel's outlets such as restaurants, bars, and spa facilities.
- Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and other guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle the transportation of departing guests' luggage to the lobby, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Store luggage securely following established procedures and maintain cleanliness and order in the luggage storage area.
- Provide guests with knowledgeable information about the hotel services, city attractions, and local events.
- Stay informed about ongoing functions or events within the hotel.
- Deliver service that is gracious, attentive, and friendly while maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality in line with Mondrian Singapore Duxton standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.

- Detail-oriented, service-driven, and approachable personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure, and exercise sound judgment with professionalism.
- Effective in prioritizing and organizing tasks independently.
- Self-motivated with good initiative within a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
- Adaptability to change and openness to new situations.
