Role overview
In this guest-facing hospitality role, you will help create a welcoming first and last impression for hotel visitors. Your day-to-day work will center on assisting guests with luggage, guiding them to and from their rooms, and supporting smooth arrivals and departures with care and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Receive arriving and departing guests warmly, escort them as needed, and help them with their baggage while introducing them to their rooms and amenities.
- Move, organize, retrieve, and store guest luggage safely while following the property’s procedures and service standards.
- Drive hotel vehicles when required to take guests to and from assigned destinations.
- Keep bell carts, storage areas, and surrounding workspaces neat, functional, and in proper condition.
