About the Role
Butterfly Learning is looking for a passionate Behavior Therapist to support children with autism and similar developmental challenges. This position is based in Thane and is open for both full-time and part-time engagements. The therapist will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in both individual and group formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions focused on skill improvement and behavior reduction strategies.
- Accurately document and manage client data throughout treatment.
- Assist in educating and training parents or caregivers.
- Work closely alongside Behavior Analysts and Pediatric Neurologists for coordinated care.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold a secure therapeutic environment.
Essential Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with efficient time management.
- Basic skills in computer use, particularly MS Office applications.
- Adherence to clinical protocols and openness to constructive feedback.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
Additional Information
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 10,000 and 16,000.
