Bartender

About the Role

Nammos Beach Club, located in Doha, Qatar, is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders with substantial experience in the luxury hospitality sector, including high-end beach clubs, fine dining, or premium lifestyle venues. The selected candidate should possess deep expertise in beverages, spirits, wines, and cocktail craft to provide superior guest service in a dynamic and upscale setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Showcase thorough knowledge of traditional, modern, and signature cocktail recipes.
• Suggest suitable beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, tailored to guest preferences.
• Maintain exemplary standards in drink presentation, service quality, and customer interaction.
• Ensure precise drink preparation following recipes and control portions accurately.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock and assisting in requisition processes.
• Keep the bar area clean, hygienic, and organized consistently.
• Adhere to local laws regarding alcohol service and company policies.
• Work closely with the service team to create an outstanding luxury experience for guests.
• Stay informed on evolving beverage trends, premium spirits, and mixology techniques.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years' bartending experience in luxury beach clubs, fine dining restaurants, upscale hotels or lounges, or other premium hospitality settings.
• Strong proficiency with spirits, wines, champagnes, premium drinks, and cocktail creation.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare both classic and intricate cocktails to a high standard.
• Experience operating in high-volume luxury hospitality environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest communication skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation standards.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• International hospitality experience is considered a plus.
