Bartender

Overview

Grand Hyatt Singapore is seeking an experienced Bartender who brings a warm, upbeat presence and can support the Bar Manager in providing guests with efficient service that meets Hyatt standards.

Work Eligibility

Because of Singapore’s foreign worker pass quota rules, this opportunity is limited to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Key Duties

• Receive drink orders and prepare them accurately and promptly.
• Keep guest interactions friendly, professional, and positive throughout service.
• Assist with beverage stock checks and inventory tracking.
• Support the Bar Manager in maintaining quality and service standards.

Experience and Skills Needed

• At least 2 years of prior Bartender experience in a bar, hotel, or restaurant.
• Solid understanding of drink-making tools, mixing methods, and service techniques.
• Strong attention to detail while preparing beverages.
• Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling challenging guest situations.
• Confident cash-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, liquors, beers, and wines.
