Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently high-quality beverages, whole bean, and food products following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist with store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth store operations.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer and store needs by learning about the local environment and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on building genuine connections and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace for both customers and team members.
Requirements
No previous experience is necessary; a genuine enthusiasm for creating joyful customer experiences is essential.
