About the Role

The barista is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to customers.
• Keep the workspace clean and well-organized.
• Interact with customers, offering guidance and beverage recommendations.
• Manage cash handling and complete transaction processes accurately.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience working as a barista or in a comparable role.

Skills

• Effective communication abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
• Understanding of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Barista certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is preferred.
