About the Role

Dhara Enterprises is looking for a motivated and experienced Bank Branch Credit Coordinator based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This position demands hands-on coordination from within bank branches to facilitate the seamless progression of loan files through various stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between bankers and credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Manage the movement of loan files from initial login to final disbursement effectively.
• Address and resolve credit-related queries promptly to avoid processing delays.
• Ensure all required loan documentation is thoroughly reviewed and accurately submitted.
• Maintain continuous follow-up on loan cases to meet the bankers' requirements and expedite file approvals.

• Comprehensive understanding of loan procedures and credit handling.
• Strong communication abilities to coordinate among different stakeholders efficiently.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this full-time role is between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000 per month.
