Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team each morning to bake goods following precise recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery and help create a welcoming customer environment.
• Handle production schedules, prepare and measure ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to start work early (as early as 4 AM) and demonstrate flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
• Take pride in contributing quality products to the community.
• Possess strong organizational skills with a positive approach to work.
• Commit to personal growth as well as team and bakery success.

Physical Demands

• Standing or walking continuously throughout shift duties.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 22 kg frequently.
• Reaching, turning, pushing, pulling, and occasional forward bending motions.
• Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to heights up to 1.7 meters.
• Use of both hands constantly, including wrist rotations and occasional forceful gripping.

Working Conditions

This position requires flexible availability including early mornings starting at 4 AM and both weekdays and weekend shifts. Candidates with completely open availability will be preferred.
