Job Overview
Join the Woolworths Group as a Baker within the Fresh Food People team, where your love for baking helps create high-quality fresh baked goods loved by the local community. This full-time onsite role offers early morning shifts, starting at 3:00 AM from Tuesday to Saturday, allowing for free afternoons.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring to life Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank, delivering products and experiences customers appreciate.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring your workstations remain clean, organized, and ready for audits.
- Support and lead team members, fostering a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and shared success.
- Continuously develop your baking expertise and leadership abilities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, meeting tight deadlines confidently.
Requirements
- Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
- Previous experience in a high-paced bakery setting.
