The Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) is seeking an Engineering Researcher to support industrial consulting and research initiatives in Doha, Qatar. This contract-based, on-site role focuses on gathering business and industrial requirements, analyzing operational and supply chain data, and developing investment opportunities backed by structured analysis and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to collect data and understand business needs, ensuring deliverables stay aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with relevant parties to identify industrial needs, investment opportunities, and existing challenges.
• Review production, operations, and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and identify opportunities for industrial localization.
• Study global trends in priority industries to define target products, required production capacities, and possible investment sizes.
• Apply advanced statistical tools and methods to assess complex datasets and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop large-scale strategic investment opportunities for GCC governments and the private sector, supported by detailed feasibility studies and accurate financial models.
• Prepare high-quality professional reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Deliver evidence-based recommendations that help strengthen regional industrial competitiveness and support sustainability in the industrial sector.
