Job Overview

Ved Enterprise is seeking a diligent Back Office Executive to support our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves preparing accurate quotations, maintaining essential registers, developing vendor relationships, coordinating calendars, and managing customer communications to ensure smooth operational flow.

  • Maintain the Managing Director’s daily calendar, coordinate follow-ups, and timely update customer-related actions.
  • Submit quotations to customers and conduct regular follow-ups to receive updates, approvals, or clarifications.
  • Deliver weekly reports to the Director covering vendor inquiries, quotation follow-up progress, customer communications, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely payments as per agreed terms, addressing and resolving payment issues.
  • Engage professionally with customers about orders, technical issues, delivery schedules, and support.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance of quotations, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as overall documentation handling.
