About the Role
Bangalore Wheels is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our team focusing on motorcycle sales. This position entails engaging with potential buyers, showcasing motorcycle features, coordinating test rides, and driving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motorcycles along with associated products to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue sales leads effectively.
- Present product demonstrations and facilitate test ride experiences.
- Provide detailed information about product features, financing, insurance, and exchange options.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customers and sales activities utilizing CRM/DMS software.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong enthusiasm for motorcycles combined with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Capability to work diligently to achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is desirable.
