About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join Vanderlande’s newly formed team in Moorebank, Western Sydney, as permanent, full-time Automation Operators. This role involves working on a rotating 12-hour day and night shift schedule, operating 24/7.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness around machinery at all times to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Quickly identify and clear system blockages to minimize operational delays.
- Document causes of blockages for analysis and prevention of future occurrences.
- Resolve issues properly on the first attempt and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with other teams and provide a reliable point of contact for queries.
- Monitor live operational dashboards to detect and address performance issues proactively.
- Assist in system setup and testing to prepare for live operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, report hazards promptly, and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit a disciplined and proactive work ethic, tackling tasks with a positive can-do attitude.
- Understand and practice safety-conscious behavior to protect oneself and colleagues.
- Flexible with various shift timings and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Self-motivated and able to independently take initiative without requiring direction.
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating smooth interaction with team members, clients, and partners.
- Experience in customer service, ensuring excellent end-user experience.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
