Overview
This role within Enterprise Architecture services at PwC India involves empowering clients to gain competitive advantages by defining technology goals, evaluating solution options, and delivering architectural solutions aligned with strategic and operational needs. Position Summary
The Associate or Senior Associate will collaborate with a team experienced in consulting and industry expertise to address complex business challenges from strategy through execution. Candidates should have strong Workday experience, including roles as Business Analyst (BA), Tester, or Developer, and preferably possess Workday certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team proactively across various project tasks.
- Create and prepare project deliverables.
- Perform roles such as BA, Tester, or Developer within Workday projects.
- Enhance personal and team technical knowledge.
- Stay informed about relevant local and national economic and business developments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Develop internal relationships and build the PwC brand presence.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.TECH/MBA with a full-time degree and a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
- Experience: Between 1 to 5 years, ideally three or more for technical consultancy roles.
- Workday experience in HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Performance Management, Compensation, Skills, Absence, and Benefits.
- Preferred expertise in Integration and End to End Implementation and Testing (PECI/WECI, Core Connector, Studio).
- Familiarity with manual and preferably automation testing in software contexts.
- Proficiency in test and defect management tools.
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Project management knowledge and the adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Workday certification is advantageous.
- Notice period between 30 to 60 days.
