Role Summary
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to aid in project planning, coordination among stakeholders, governance, and monitoring of delivery progress across technology and business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project execution tasks.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to monitor deliverables, dependencies, and pending action items.
- Create project status updates, dashboards, meeting notes, and executive briefings.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, trackers, and RAID logs along with governance materials.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely task completion.
- Provide support in resource allocation, reporting, and operational governance matters.
- Help leadership with calendar organization, meeting setup, and tracking action items.
- Champion process compliance and pursue continual process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in project coordination, PMO, executive assistance, or operations roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and team collaboration applications.
- Ability to prioritize workload, complete assigned actions, and perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project delivery frameworks.
- Experience with reporting, governance, recruiting coordination, or executive support functions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Trello, or similar project management software is advantageous.
