Associate Production Supply

Role Overview

In this position, you will actively contribute to the sewing, assembly, delivery, and distribution processes with a keen focus on precision and ongoing improvement, thereby impacting patient care positively.

Key Job Functions

• Maintain adequate gowning room inventory by tracking, collecting, counting, and managing supplies involving vendor interaction to ensure continuous availability.
• Stock, replenish, and distribute clean room materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including updating system records and generating necessary documentation.
• Handle material transfers between warehouse and production sites, including receipt, sanitization, unpacking, and placement within cleanroom environments as required by SOPs.
• Manage the disposal and replenishment of chemicals such as IPA and Sporklenz within manufacturing areas, ensuring used containers are moved to designated waste collection points.
• Verify delivery accuracy and ensure timely receipt of production materials.
• Perform general housekeeping activities, including sanitizing work areas with approved chemicals, material handling, and printing tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary education is required; no prior related work experience necessary.
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), clean room operations, or medical device environments is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency with computers, preferably familiarity with systems like RFSMART.
• Effective English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively in teams with minimal oversight, adhering to detailed operational directives.
• Successful participation in continuous job-related training covering equipment and process operations.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing workflow and procedures.
• Compliance with company policies including pandemic safety measures, Environmental Health & Safety protocols, and practices that prevent workplace injuries and environmental contamination.
