Role Summary

We are seeking an Associate to join the Partners & Growth team, a key function bridging branding, ecosystem networking, and partner engagement. This role influences KK39's market representation, manages engagement with a network of General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs), and enhances the firm’s visibility and partner relations over time. You will be directly involved with KK39’s team and have a hands-on role in advancing the firm’s presence and partnerships in private markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing core branding components such as consistency in tone, structuring content, and creating presentation templates.
• Oversee KK39’s online presence, including managing LinkedIn and the company website with timely and well-crafted posts, announcements, and updates matching the firm's voice and schedule.
• Support quarterly content planning in alignment with important firm events and market trends.
• Create and maintain presentation decks, one-pagers, and investment materials that translate discussed strategies into polished professional products.
• Aid in organizing curated events including managing guest lists, invitations, attendee logistics, vendor coordination, and venue arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
• Track follow-up actions and maintain accurate documentation post-events.
• Provide support for event-related content such as announcements, social media updates, and recaps across digital channels.
• Attend KK39 industry and networking events representing the firm confidently and engaging professionally with partners and ecosystem participants.
• Monitor and coordinate activities related to KK39's GP partner interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation of key actions.
• Conduct research and mapping of the GP and fund manager landscape to assist partner development initiatives.
• Keep KK39’s partner intelligence database and customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date with accurate contact information, meeting summaries, and fund details.

Candidate Profile

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional work experience, preferably with a background in communications, marketing, or event management; however, great emphasis is placed on attitude, meticulousness, and execution capability.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose clear emails, succinct LinkedIn posts, and well-organized presentation decks.
• High attention to quality including presentation, formatting, and documentation standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalents to produce neat, professional materials.
• A personable and confident demeanor suitable for representing KK39 at professional events and industry gatherings.
