Role overview
This position focuses on offering sound financial guidance across multiple products and services so clients can make confident, well-informed decisions about their money.
The job also includes understanding each client’s financial position, identifying their needs, and building financial plans that suit those requirements.
Along with client advisory work, the role is responsible for bringing in capable advisors, training and supporting them, driving business from the market, and ensuring customers receive consistent service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard strong prospective advisors and help them complete the licensing process needed to meet the yearly targets mentioned in the goal sheet.
- Deliver practical, on-the-job coaching, supervise advisor activity, and track performance so both individual and team objectives are achieved.
- Protect business continuity and help grow investments generated through the advisor network to improve overall team profitability.
Growth opportunities
On completion of 100% of the goal sheet within 6 to 12 months, there is a chance to move up to the next designation.
After 12 months, promotion to Branch Manager may be possible depending on performance and business needs.
