Role Overview
We are inviting outstanding students from business, engineering, science, law, and humanities disciplines who are close to completing their undergraduate or graduate studies to apply for our Associate Internship in 2027. Interns will engage directly with leading experts on projects that influence business, government, and society. The consulting assignments are diverse, often conducted at client locations, and vary in scope, duration, and geography based on client needs. A typical internship involves teamwork with professionals from varied backgrounds, fostering an understanding of complex business challenges through multiple perspectives while developing valuable skills for future success—either at BCG or beyond.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates in their penultimate year or graduating in 2028 are eligible to apply.
- Applicants should demonstrate exceptional academic achievement alongside active extracurricular engagement.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities are essential, with proficiency in Excel highly valued.
- Applicants should possess creativity paired with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to succeed in this role.
