Job description
Position Summary
The role of Associate Dean at the Graduate School involves senior academic leadership with a focus on heading Doctoral Programmes. The position is based in Accra, Ghana, and requires advanced qualifications and experience in higher education.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Possession of a PhD degree.
- Significant academic qualifications in teaching and research activities qualifying for a senior lecturer appointment.
- Minimum of three years teaching experience at tertiary education level, including at least two years in an academic leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the Chairperson for Doctoral Programmes within the Graduate School.
