Associate Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and datamarts for effective reporting and analysis
• Create and manage dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor performance metrics
• Perform thorough analysis on both structured and unstructured datasets utilizing SQL, Python, and Excel
• Collaborate with business partners to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
• Identify and implement improvements in data quality and automate reporting workflows

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in technology or business roles
• Strong analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with analytical tools including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SAS
• Experience in tracking and communicating progress of team projects
• Excellent communication skills fostering cooperation across departments
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
