Job Overview
Atharv Impex is looking for a passionate Assistant Teacher to collaborate with the main teacher in delivering high-quality education. The role focuses on helping with lesson preparation, managing classroom activities, engaging students, and fostering a supportive learning space.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the primary teacher in developing lesson plans and preparing instructional materials.
- Provide support to students during lessons, projects, and assessments to enhance their learning experience.
- Help uphold discipline and create a welcoming, positive classroom atmosphere.
- Track students' progress and share observations with the lead teacher for further action.
- Contribute to organizing the classroom environment and maintaining educational records.
- Participate in planning and implementing educational events and activities.
- Engage in communication with parents about student performance as needed.
