Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our PULL&BEAR store located in Dortmund Thier-Galerie. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will translate strategic goals into tangible daily store outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead teams, nurture talent development, and ensure that commercial objectives are actively pursued each day. Alongside the Store Manager, you will make crucial decisions, manage priorities, and continuously improve store performance. Your influence will be evident across the team, the sales floor, and the financial results.
