Job Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at the LEGO Group, you will play a key role alongside the Store Manager to drive outstanding store performance by managing time and priorities effectively. This position is typically at a Yellow Store level.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to exceed performance goals by focusing efforts strategically and continually improving store results.
- Foster a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment to promote teamwork and staff engagement.
- Uphold high merchandising standards to achieve and surpass planned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Assist in recruiting, coaching, and developing team members to build a productive and cooperative workforce.
