Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive store and team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving personal sales goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to elevate their selling skills and career growth.
• Maintain excellent standards of stock management and overall shrinkage control.
• Merchandise products effectively according to promotional guidelines.
• Handle operational duties including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, housekeeping, and retail administration.
