Role Overview
D'LIFE INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Mumbai to oversee residential interior projects, with a strong focus on modular kitchens. The role involves driving projects from the planning stage through execution while keeping timelines and budgets under control.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of residential interior assignments from initial planning through on-site execution, making sure the work finishes on schedule and within the approved budget.
- Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to keep site activities coordinated and running smoothly.
- Visit project sites regularly to check progress, spot risks or delays, and apply corrective measures where needed.
- Share clear updates with stakeholders through reports covering project progress, budget position, and timelines.
Job Requirements
- Applicants should have 1 to 4 years of experience in interior design or a similar field, especially in modular kitchens.
- A solid grasp of modular kitchen systems and how they are installed is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for dealing with clients and internal teams.
- The candidate should be able to manage work independently with little supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
