Job Overview

The Assistant / Operation & Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end daily operations spanning procurement, inventory, warehousing, billing, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution sectors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and exposure to operational process improvement projects.
  • Strong advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, or operational workflows is considered a plus.
