Role Overview
Join IDS Medical Systems as an Assistant in Marketing Communications, contributing actively to content generation, digital channel oversight, and overall marketing efforts to maintain a unified brand voice across all business touchpoints.
Key Duties
- Uphold consistency of marketing materials in alignment with the company's brand standards.
- Support content development, editing, and publishing across corporate website, social media, and various communication channels.
- Oversee digital platform updates ensuring all content remains accurate, timely, and pertinent.
- Assist in preparing corporate articles, promotional collateral, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Contribute to planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, client engagements, including preparing materials and providing onsite assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate marketing communications projects.
- Manage content schedules and aid in producing basic reports and performance metrics.
- Help document events through photography and videography and assist with related post-event communications and content.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors or management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
- Between one to two years of experience in communications, advertising, public relations, or social media agencies, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector or business-to-business environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to onsite locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Preferred experience with social media platforms and website content management systems.
