Job description
Role Overview
In the position of Talent Management Manager, you will spearhead JTC Corporation's efforts in identifying, nurturing, and planning for key talent. Your primary objective is to develop and execute frameworks that guarantee a robust pool of high-potential officers prepared to occupy leadership and essential roles currently and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enforce talent management and succession planning policies to maintain a healthy leadership pipeline and strong bench strength for vital positions.
- Implement proactive talent identification strategies utilizing comprehensive assessment criteria, tools, and industry-aligned processes.
- Design and oversee talent development initiatives such as milestone courses, informal learning sessions, and challenging assignments to promote rapid growth among promising officers.
- Manage scholarship programs and coordinate the complete lifecycle of extensive scholarship activities throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and departmental leaders to foster a culture rich in talent dialogues and coaching practices.
- Utilize HR technology platforms and data analytics to monitor talent development, assess program success, and produce actionable insights for leadership.
- Keep current with government-wide talent management policies to ensure JTC's strategies remain aligned and competitive.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between four to six years of professional experience in Talent Management, Human Resources Development, or related fields.
- Hold an academic background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or similar disciplines.
- Prior experience with talent assessment instruments and succession planning systems will be considered beneficial.
