Assistant Manager - Accounts

Role Overview

VTP Realty is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts to support its real estate finance operations in Pune, with the role based in Viman Nagar. The position suits someone who can handle accounting processes end to end in a fast-paced property development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine accounting activities and ensure they are completed accurately.
• Prepare final accounts and assist with financial statement compilation.
• Handle compliance work related to GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Carry out reconciliations for banks, vendors, and customers.
• Support MIS preparation and manage cash flow tracking.
• Maintain RERA-related accounting records and statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with auditors and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Use ERP tools such as Tally or SAP, along with advanced Excel, for accounting and reporting work.

Eligibility and Experience

Candidates should be graduates, with B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred. The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting. A strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, RERA compliance, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting is essential.
