Area Sales Manager (B2B)

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to spearhead and grow our B2B Audio-Visual business within the Delhi-NCR region. You'll be responsible for driving sales of our range of AV equipment such as Interactive Flat Panels, Commercial and Signage Displays, Video Conferencing systems, Projectors, and Pro-Audio products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close significant B2B deals targeting corporate environments including boardrooms and auditoriums, as well as educational institutions like smart classrooms and lecture halls.
• Develop new market channels, seek out tenders, and generate institutional leads within the assigned sales territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational administrators, and government bodies, acting as a trusted AV advisor.
• Coordinate product demos, proofs-of-concept, and site visits together with pre-sales engineers to facilitate customer evaluations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in B2B or institutional sales focusing on AV technology, IT hardware, or telecommunications sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of AV products such as Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing equipment (video bars, PTZ cameras), Commercial TVs/Digital Signage, Projectors, and Audio solutions.
• Exposure to selling within the education sector, including EdTech and smart classroom technologies, as well as corporate accounts.
• Educational qualification of Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with popular video conferencing platforms like Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, including AV control systems.

Additional Details

Salary: INR 20,000 to 35,000 per month.
