Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple stores for both Skechers and Dr. Martens brands, acting as a strategic business owner for the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Store Managers to optimize sales, develop employee potential, and guarantee operational best practices.
  • Drive regional sales and key performance indicators by analyzing trading patterns, identifying growth opportunities, and applying effective strategies.
  • Support Store Managers in achieving consistent store results through direct leadership methods.
  • Coach and mentor Store Managers to establish dynamic, accountable, and high-achieving teams.
  • Create and maintain an energetic, enjoyable, and results-oriented culture in the designated area.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning to prepare future retail leaders.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including wage budgets, staff scheduling, productivity, visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience as an Area Manager or similar multi-store leadership role within a fast-moving retail setting.
  • Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs across several stores simultaneously.
  • Strong autonomous decision-making skills with a commercial mindset focused on regional business results.
  • Ambition to advance into senior leadership roles, demonstrating a growth-oriented attitude.
  • Passionate about people leadership, energizing teams through coaching, development, and motivation.
  • Expertise in retail operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and workforce cost control.

Why Join Accent Group?

  • Opportunity for career advancement within senior retail leadership roles.
  • Continuous leadership development through coaching, mentoring, and professional learning.
  • Competitive remuneration featuring salary, car allowance, and performance-linked bonuses.
  • Generous 40% team discounts across Accent Group’s extensive brand portfolio.
  • Supportive, collaborative culture emphasizing individual contributions and team success.
