We are DÖMGES ARCHITEKTEN AG, located at Budapester Straße 4, 93055 Regensburg. Our firm supports private and public clients as well as investors, providing expertise in architecture, urban planning, and infrastructure. We focus on economic viability and sustainability, aiming to create work and educational environments that promote well-being. Our work also includes innovative urban development considering current mobility and living space concepts. Our team consists of approximately 80 colleagues working across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage planning and construction projects with high standards for design, punctuality, and budget adherence
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and public authorities
• Oversee collaboration among planning and construction participants
• Develop and monitor project schedules and cost plans
• Conduct internal performance and cost control activities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, budget, and timelines
• Manage overall project coordination during the planning phases (services phases 1 to 8/9)
• Act as the primary communication contact for clients and internal specialist departments

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture
• Extensive experience in planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects
• Strong team player with excellent communication, assertiveness, and initiative
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with Office software; experience with Archicad and/or Revit and California is advantageous
• Familiarity with model-based working methods is a plus
• Deep understanding of planning standards and regulations
• Interest in resource- and environmentally friendly design and construction
• Enjoyment in collaborative work and communication within teams
