About the Role
This opportunity is to join a well-established RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Liverpool, known for its award-winning design services across residential, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors. The firm offers a competitive salary and progressive professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects ensuring their successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation for all RIBA stages.
- Collaborate actively with the design team to handle daily project information.
- Maintain communication and coordination with main contractors and subcontractors.
- Participate in design meetings and conduct site visits as required.
- Prepare and distribute working drawing packages.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be registered with the ARB.
- Significant experience post-RIBA Part 3 within a UK architectural practice.
- Proficiency in using Revit for design tasks.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects across different sectors.
- Excellent skills in drawing and design with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organisational abilities.
- Reside within commuting distance to Liverpool.
