Role Overview
We are searching for an experienced architect who is eager to manage large residential building projects and is interested in applying or acquiring expertise as a client trustee. Our design department focuses on innovative residential and hotel projects, offering an inspiring environment supported by a dynamic, engaged team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop concept studies, preliminary, and construction plans primarily for residential real estate projects.
- Conduct design competitions and variant procedures for project optimization.
- Assume planning leadership responsibilities according to Swiss standard SIA 102.
- Represent the client’s interests in design and planning matters, acting as a client trustee for planning phases.
- Coordinate and oversee all client-related tasks during project progression.
- Maintain close collaboration with external specialist planners, authorities, and contractors to ensure thorough compliance with all construction requirements.
Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture.
- Extensive professional experience managing large-scale residential construction projects.
- Proven track record in project leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss building codes and regulations.
- High social competency and effective negotiation skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented working approach.
- Experience with CAD software, especially proficiency in 3D ArchiCAD.
