AR Caller - Denial Management Voice Process

About the Role

We are looking to hire an AR Caller to manage denial and accounts receivable processes for healthcare providers in the US. The role is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad with a requirement to work from the office. Ideal candidates have 1 to 4 years of experience specifically in AR, denials, physician or hospital billing and voice processes within US healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-ups on accounts receivable for US healthcare clients.
• Communicate with insurance companies to check on claim statuses and resolve unpaid or denied claims.
• Analyze claim denials and implement corrective actions for resolution.
• Proactively follow up on pending claims to improve collections.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all call-related activities.
• Manage processes related to either physician or hospital billing as assigned.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate claim corrections and resubmissions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in US healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of denial management and insurance claim follow-up.
• Excellent spoken communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a target-oriented environment.
• Educational qualification: Any graduate degree.

• Salary range: ₹40,000 to ₹42,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
